XyberSummit has been conceptualized as a platform that acts as an enabler of dialogue aimed at furthering research and development in the field of Cyber Security for Banking and Fintech. The first edition of XyberSummit being hosted in the finantial capital of India, Mumbai. Exponential rise in targeted, sophisticated attacks indicates that the current solutions may not be equipped enough to identify and contain these attacks; This is despite significant financial investment towards defending the attack surface, threat groups are proving to be successful in achieving their goals; leading to financial loss as well loss of reputation of the target organization. This is where Cyber Security has evolved to include exercises that comes the closest mimicking the adversary or threat actor.
The conference will feature topics such as Cyber Security Operations, Cyber Warfare, Attacks against Critical Infrastructure, Electronic Warfare, Nation State Sponsored Threat Actors and ransomware campaigns, Advanced persistent threat (APT) groups, Red team operations, Threat intelligence, breach and attack simulations, which represent focused approaches to cyber security that can enhance an organization's overall security posture by empowering Cyber Défense Capabilities.
